Owner and Chef Alan Bender has been in the hospitality industry for over 36 years. He is a part of the South African Chefs Association, and he is ranked as a Gold Star Chef (Master Chef), making him the most qualified Certified Kosher Chef in Sydney. During his time in South Africa, he has owned multiple successful restaurants, delis, and bakeries. He has also had the privilege to cater to many 5-star Safari Resorts in the South African bush. Now he specializes in traditional South African and Jewish dishes.
